I was under my average for sales. The Manager told me they needed seating for the new employees and that he would have to eliminate some people. He told me by the end of the day I had to have at least seven sales in order to stay on. I had 5

They just hired on a new guy & he wasn't all that great. Not much experience either from what other Managers said. My hiring Manager wasn't even notified that he was letting me go. I did better sales than some employees that were their over six months. He let me go anyways. Wasn't willing to give me any chances. I know for a fact that other employees didn't think I should of been the one to be let go.

There turn arould is incredible. I've never seen so many people come in go in a business like this ever.
