Facility Manager's Alert Sample publication received with instructions to write cancel on invoice to discontinue receiving publication. Publication and invoices continue to be sent despite doing so

Progressive Business Publications sent me a sample copy of a publication entitled Facility Manager's Alert with instructions to write cancel on the invoice and return it to them via U.S. Mail, if I choose not to continue receiving the publication. I did so twice and continue to receive the publication and invoices for the publication.
