Progressive Business Publications called our employee and somehow got them to accept a publication we dont need nor want. The employee has NO authority to engage in business arrangements and, all of the sudden per our view, we get a 2nd notice invoice which is likely go to collections. We tried going thru Customer Support and get the run around.
I talked to both Mark Rogers, who refused to give a title, and Jonathan Smith, Sales who transferred me to dead end voice mails.
This is very frustrating for a business owner. Telemarketers engage a lower level employee for something we dont want and we end up holding the bag. The scammers associated will not give you the time of the day.
