Augusta GA - I just read your write up on Drive Financial... I thought Triad Financial was bad but like you, Drive purchased my loan in August and since then I have had nothing but problems. And their employees, well talk about low class B budget workers rude, rude, rude.
Every month since August I have had to call to find out just exactly where they have posted my payment (made by Money Gram) cuz it sure as heck wasnt posted to mine!!! Of course, you get the run around, misleading information etc all the while they are racking up late payments fees etc -
I have yet too see my balance decrease after each payment - and today, I make a payment and the same crap. So I make my normal monthly call, get placed on hold for 10 minutes, get disconnected. I call back and and of course - they are having technical difficulties so they ask me to call back in 10 minutes.
Well they seem to forget that maybe the person on the other end of the line is at their place of employment too!!! So I ask for a fax number to send a copy of my payment made today and guess what - they wont give it to me.
Please people beware of drive!!! Highway robbery
