Mom and step dad 3 kids boy and girl 14 yr. Old twins and a boy 11 yr. Old we live together in Columbia ca Tuolumne county for 8 yr. I love The kids like my own
14 yr. Old girl started not going by rules of house like clean room come home on time from school and get off on right bus stop and get no rides not going over people houses after school.
The Twins came home at 5:30 PM getting off wrong bus stop and getting rides so we grounded Twins for a week the boy understood the girl said rules are stupid and ridicules! So grounded her for 2 weeks I was working Darby fire in woods and the twins ran all over the Mom twins did all the wrong things boys coming in windows in middle of night and so on then girl told the mom that step dad go or she would go. The girl started telling her aunt and other people (dealer that we found out later give kids pot) lies like I been beating them so they called CPS the girl rights on car windows welcome CPS and we found notes under sofa from CPS that kids hid.
Then one day wail they still grounded the twins came home from school at 5:30 again got off wrong bus stop again and came home in a pot dealers car again (that mom told do not give kids rides to once already) and kids knowing what the rules are) Then the Twins were yelling at us saying how stupid the rules are at us going on for about 2 hr. Mom told Twins get in corner and they refuse so I put them there until they can tell us why they are in corner then we let them out about 15min.
Next day Twins made report to Sheriff that I been beating and choking them all the lies came out (they did not question twins separately) on sheriff report boy had rash on chest but girl had no marks. WE DID NOT BEAT AND CHOKE KIDS
Twins was telling everyone that we beat them all the time a lie that hurts us a lot and broke up are family CPS wanted Mom to say guilty and leave step dad and go 40 hr. Of classes a week and more for 18 months To get kids back Mom said NO NOT GUILTY and Mom had to sign over custody to aunt so Kids don't go to foster care (CPS LETS GUILTY PEOPLE HAVE KIDS THATS WRONG)
Now step dad is charged with child abuse 273. B a misdemeanor and CPS kidnap kids The laws need to be changed to help families not tear them apart DA offer $100 fine disturbing the peace charge and 8 weeks 8hr a day parent classes I said no DA came back say $250 fine disturbing peace charge no classes after going court 18 times 11 months 3 lawyers later I took it put wish I did not and aunt keep on lying to kids they are letting kids think they are right and mom is wrong JAN 1/03 girl out of state liveing on base with 20 year old cousens not happy red hear cut short twin boy not doing good ether borden did this to kids only had them for a year tell kids there going send them back with us or foster care there are cut in moneys so i think thats why they give up on kids borden did this and now quitting on them we found out that Allen Borden plan this out be Sep he amited calling CPS on us and he give kids idea that if they move with them everthing would be all fun and games and they would be all together and do anything they like borden told kids that if your mom love you she leave boy friend after 8 years now the twins know they been lie to by allen but the 12 year old boy still think mom dont love him he live with allen still go bar ever friday night getting drunk and CPS thinks he great and Mom not CPS will not even hear one word we tell them shold we do what Allen do and turn them in to CPS and have kids go to foster care not good idea CPS 23 year old case worker has power and not smart to see allen borden game what can we DO nothing if do CPS mite put kids in foster care we are in hard spot with no $ moneys to fight them it would cost $20,000 for lawers to fight them and get no were Do we lie like Alen borden do NOT we are honest good parents only cheets and lie people with no guilt make it in this country this country needs do what right not do how they get most $ money at Allen needs get over his brothers death kids dad and not take it out on us
