Deana Edwards has filed several false reports that I have ripped her off when she was a tenant of my. Mrs. Edwards has a history of mential problems. I have advised her beore that I would seek court action against her if she continues to defame my name.
Now, she has opened another door. She states that her was broken into, and items were taken. However, the items that she reported to the Detroit Police as being stolen were observed by me and a neighbor stored in the basement of the rental home several days after the alledged break in. There was an alarm on the home, which had been disconnected by someone in the home.
Mrs. Edwards lied when she stated that I was seen on a ladder fixing the alarm system. I have a medical condition which will not allow me to clime a ladder.
Mrs Edwards has failed to state that their are not complaints from her husband, Booker Edwards, He was presented with a itemized list of damages, and there was no disagreement from Mr. Edwards. There are several oher charges that were not on that damage report, which I will now pursue. The cost of the new charges is well over $ 2,000.00.
Mrs. Edwards just wont let it go. I have pictures of Mrs. Edwards placing signs over a mile area, stating that I was a bad landlod and not to rent from me. I have numerious tenants that moved and enquire if I have availabe homes for them to move back into.
I have owned, and rented homes for over thirty years, and mrs edwards is the only unhappy tenant that ive had.in thirty years i have only had to evict one tenant, and

Be evicted. At the present time that tenant has over ten cases pending in court where they are being sued for back rent. I'm also suing them for back rent. Also that tenant
Works for the city of detroit and makes over $ 70,000.00 a year, and had the nerve to seek legal aid to defend him from eviction. Sure that tenant report that there were
Building violations, which consisted of a missing down spout on the rear gutter, and quater inch line in the front porch that needed to be duck pointed. There were no
Violations that were a health problem inside of the home.
As i have said mrs. Edward has a health problem that allows her to act strange, and make bad decisions.
