I ordered Latavi over the phone and was told I had 21 days to cancel my automatic shipment AFTER I receive my order... After three weeks I called them (had to request the phone number thru e-mail) She told me they had run out of product and my order would be shipped the fallowing Monday I asked her repeatedly If i would be charged 21 days after initial purchase or 21 days after I recieved it because how can i be sure i liked it if I can only try it for a few days? She promised me I had 21 days after receiving the items... Well 12days later it is my wedding anniversary and my husband and I are treating our selves which we don't really have money to do with when our card was declined! We rushed over to the bank and they had charged me $149.85! I stayed up all night to call them first thing in the morning I live in AZ MST so when I call them at 8: am and then 9:00am why do I get their answering machine that says please call back during normal business hours which are Mon-Fri 8:00am EST to 5:00pm??? OH that's right!!! Because its a scam!!! I don't think I will ever see that money back and thanks to them they made my husband and myself look like fools at the restaurant and ruined our 1st wedding anniversary! Please for all women out there DON'T USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
