I called in May to order a free sample of Latavi based on a radio ad. I agreed to pay for S&H. Then the girl kept me on the phone for about 45 minutes trying to sell me other offers. One of them was this SAVINGS2GO. I repeatedly refused to accept this. She did the old bait & switch..."well, you can always say yes now & cancel later." I still refused. I told her that was enough selling & I was going to hang up & she informed me that I would not get my shipment without my confirmation number, and I could not get the confirmation number until she was finished. She kept selling, I kept declining and eventually I got a confirmation number. I got my product, decided I didn't want to use it, called Latavi & said don't send me anymore & don't bill me - they agreed & kept their promise. I am bad at reviewing my credit card statements & didn't notice until today (10/16/07) this $8.95 charge. I Googled the company & found this website. I am really angry now - I called Latavi & the manager answered the phone (yeah, because managers always answer the calls...) Her name is Kelly, and states that the manager Lori at another site who's number is 1-866-563-1249 is available 8am -4pm EST and I can call her in the morning. I guess we shall see. They owe me $53.70 as of today. That is just plain FRAUD! My credit card company says fill out the dispute form & "we will look into it". I will not let this go, this is just plain wrong to do to people.
