We purchased a 42" Plasma TV with Amber lights from Best Buy, 2 years ago, we paid 300.00 for a service plan because we were told that if anything happens to this TV it would be replaced immediately, even if it fell off the wall, or a baseball was thrown through it. It's been a month now that the TV will not turn on, we have called Geek Squad many times and never got any where with them, I am extremely pissed off about the way we have been treated from the store. I will also be turning them into Better Business Bureau about this, I do not want to see anyone else go through what we have. It has been a total nightmare. The salesman told us what we wanted to hear to sell us this TV. We are told we still have to wait 9 more days for a technician. We have spent a lot of money with them for the bull shit we have dealt with. I will also go stand in front of the store and warn every customer before they walk in to check usacomplaints.com before they spend a dime. We were flat out lied to from salesman. And I will not back down on this fight. If you know of a lawsuit against them I would love to know about it. Please don't buy a TV from them.
