My partner & I moved from Co to Va. We hired an area in the Community Storage on Jefferson Ave in Newport News. We are there till September 7th. We obtained a notice in the service stating they were likely to be changing the system gates beginning in June.
Your day we visited re-locate, we discovered a number of our home have been transferred, been through & the glass racks in my own china hutch have been damaged. Our hutch have been transferred from the wall where the mover had set it.
In july I obtained an assortment notice from Publc Storages collection company. I approached the collection company, these were very useful & froze the consideration so we'dnot get anymore updates. I told the guy that people have been looking to get the service & their Area Supervisor to solve the problem.
I explained they stated they'd look after the issue for all of US originally, however stop returning our calls.
Today 11/03/08 I've attempted all over again to obtain a quality for this problem. Today I'm being informed they cannot keep in touch with me concerning the problem, despite the fact that I'm the main one they've been coping with for these past many months.
