Rodent damage to my belongings. Mattresses and box springs, shoes, blankets, books, dresser drawers all damaged with feces and acorns that the squirrels stored. When I called the 800 number to inquire about the storage, the customer service representative ensured me that it was "impossible" fore ant rodents to get in because the storage is "sealed air tight." If I had known that this were a lie I would have gone to another storage. I told the worker at the storage about my damaged belongings and she coldly said there is nothing that they could do and so did the insurance. I now have to sue for the damage of my belongings due to unsanitary conditions and false advertisement.
