In 5/08 Jennifer Gillard recieved a laptop from my company MV Computer. She has stopped making payments on the computer, and also refuses to turn it it. She has moved and refuses to provide us her full address as well. We have tried to communicate with her many times by phone and email, many times she has become irrational and cursed on the phone. Jennifer Gillard has been taken to small claims court by our company over this matter (CV08-513163-SC), we have also filed a police report (#0810290584). Jennifer Gillard has not made a payment since 9/11/08. We believe the Jennifer has sold the laptop. She currently owes us $1377.00. Jennifer has been sued previously by other companies, and has also served time (public records).
