A month and a half ago I ordered a hard drive for my fiance's birthday, who is currently fighting in Iraq. No hard drive was ever shipped, my money is gone and I'm poor, I do not have money to waste. I worked very hard to scrimp and save to get him that and have tried contacting them through, email, phone, and their supposed online help. No one is ever available, no one ever responds or replies, nothing. I have just had $400 stolen from me by this company.
