PNY Technologies / TigerDirect fraudulent rebate

I purchased a 512MB PC3200 from TigerDirect with the information from Tigerdirect that the memory qualified for a $20.00 rebate from PNY Technologies. I submitted all of the information they required and the only thing I recieved was a postcard stating there would be no rebate and that the promo had ended. I attempted to call them and left a message with PNY Technologies concerning this issue but they did NOT respond.

I think there should be an end to these type of rebate rip-offs! If there is a promo it should be applied at the time of purchase.
