I ordered a Golf Club from Better Golf Today on or about August 25. This item was described as being fully returnable for a complete refund, if returned within 30 days of receipt.
This item was received on Sept. 1 & returned on Sept. 19. I checked with UPS & Better Golf Today did receive & sign for the item on Sept. 22 by a person named Slader.
It took about 20 phone calls to get the return authorization no. I actually started calling the day after I received the club. It was obviously an inferior representation of a golf club upon taking it from the box. The 800 no. They gave on the packing list for getting the RA no. Was answered by a service in Columbia, SC that only takes orders. They would only provide the company's main no. (864-231-0723) which was always answered by a recorder. They never returned the calls until after I had filed a claim w/PayPal.
Amy Claytor returned this call & said that they had tried to call me with a phone no. That they had on file for me, from sometime in the past. She gave me the RA no. & assured me that this phone no. Error was the only problem & had been corrected. She also said that my PayPal account would be credited as soon as they received the club & could process the refund.
I have been trying to contact these people for the past (2) weeks. As before, I get ony a recorder & no response what so ever. Today is Oct. 26.
