Marketing Concepts Midara Inc. Wall Street Marketing Tribecca Inc. The Midara Group
Pyramid Scheme, Multi-Level Marketing, Fraud, Embezzlement

As most of the people reading this report already know, Midara Inc, Wall Street Marketing, The Midara Group, or whatever this weeks name of the company is is a PYRAMID SCHEME and Multi-Level Marketing. Mike Rosenberg is the 'President or Owner, ' of the company and and will most likely ruin your life if you make the mistake of becoming part of the company.

First, you will be contacted by Jamie, the administrator and sweet girl, then she will have you come into office for a preliminary interview in which you will meet with Mike Rosenberg, John 'Yanni' Soukas, Holly Tyler, or Eric Mbiu. After five minute first round interview one of them will contact you in the evening and congratulate you on earning a second round interview for the following day in which they will tell you a representative will go more into depth on compensation and what it is exactly that they do.

The next day you will come to office and think damn, there are alot of people working in a thousand square foot office as 5 or 6 others like yourself will be sitting irritatedly waiting on their interviews as well. You will be introduced to whomever made the most money the previous day in DOOR to DOOR SALES or whoever Mike or Yanni's best office friend or 'business partner' of the week is and be told to take detailed notes on the day and ask as many questions as you see fit throughout day. You will then be walked out through concrete stairway and past smoke infested 20 feet of parking lot to someones hopefully clean car and asked what your interest is in direct sales and marketing. You will then be driven out to someones 'T or Territory' to walk around and talk to homeowners that have absolutely no idea that you are coming to their home.

The representative will then take you to a fast food place or Panera Bread type eatery and buy you lunch as they explain a basic Pyramid Scheme to you. They will tell you that it will take you two weeks to get promoted and that you will make $300-$500 per week in this phase though you will only make $130-$300 and then in phase 2 they will tell you that you will make $500-$1000 though you WILL ONLY MAKE $200-$450 if you are a damn good and selfish salesman. I wont go into depth on phase 3 or 4 because quite frankly unless you are either sleeping with the owner, assistant manager, or spend 12-14 hours a day making straight commission and sucking at the power teet you will not make it those phases.

I was with the company for quite sometime and gained alot of sales techniques and also an insight into Pyramid Schemes and Multi-Level Marketing but in the end came to a realization that with this owner as well as the owner, John 'The Y' 'Yanni' Soukas, you will not have a future as much as an asset as you may think you are. Take it from someone who took a huge paycut for the 'opportunity' and saw nothing but fraud, embezzlement, labor law violations, business ethics violations and a PYRAMID SCHEME.

Do your research into any company associated with the CYDCOR brand and holding company as many of these managers or owners are too young and lack the business experience to actually run a company. Example being that Yanni boasts making $7000 a week in profit off of representatives sales but just tore his ACL or MCL and doesnt have health insurance to pay for the surgery. Another key example is if you happen to start and visit one of the owners places of residences you will find that they have no nice furniture, televisions, dishes, or possessions for that matter. Ask yourself the question, 'Where is all that money going, or does it even exist?'

In conclusion, look to companies in the sales and marketing field that offer salary plus commission as these are the legitimate companies in any industry. Also if a company has not been established for more that ten years they probably are a short term, high profit 'opportunity' for one person not an entire office. Happy career hunting and for the sake of God do not make the same mistake that I and others have.

Dont let the name change fool you they are the same company with the same sexual favors owners, so unless you are prepared to put out you should probably be weary of any company that fails to have an HR department or anything to resemble a REAL company.
