I shopped from the online catalog in November.
Ordered a few Christmas gifts.
Recieved a confirmation Email.
When the items were a over a week late I checked the website and looked up my order. The order was on the site. With the original shipping date that was not updated.
The next morning I called customer service and they acted like their computers where slow.
Then they told me the items are not in stock and that they cancelled the order. This after making me wait about 30 minutes while she "researched" the order with her supervisor.
When I check my order status on the web site that morning, no such order existed.
I can understand that an item is out of stock but to not contact a customer and inform them and cancel the order is the icing on the cake.
Never again.
