Hangs up on you, ignores you and refuses to help!

Tried placing an order 11/23 online, their system was showing prices on sale, then when I went to check out - they were charging me full price. So I called in the order and talked to a rep who stated she was tired, working from home and she was so slow. She said it would charge me full price, then she would transfer me to someone who could do the price adjustment.

She transfered me, then after being on hold for over 20 minutes and operator said she was about to go home so she would just write the info down and do it when she got in the next day. So on 11/24 I called in to check and the op said the order number was not coming up and she just hung up on me.

I called back a second time and was hung up on again after holding over 15 minutes. I then called back 11/25 and talked to another rep who stated there was notes in there about cancelling the order and about things I did not even order - someone elses order info was in my order. He said he would submit the price adjustment. I called again on 11/26 to corporate office who transfered me to the excective offices where the women stated she had to put me on hold to pull up my order - after being on hold for over 20 minutes a customer service rep answered and asked how they can help - she just transferred me to customer service.

I then asked for a manager and no one was avail. I then recieved an email stating that my order was cancelled. I called to speak to a supervisor and talked to Jen on 11/27. She stated that it was cancelled because one of the three items was out of stock. She put in a new order - #13504441 - She stated that she would give me expedited shipping for free, credit the overcharge, credit of the tax of the overcharge, credit my first order, and give me 10 percent off. I was just credited today the first order.

I called today 12/1 to find out status of the order Jen entered and customer service stated the system was down again and there was no one in charge of the floor, no manager, or no supervisor. When I look up the order status online - it shows that it still has not shipped and none of the credits have been entered. I want this order for free or cancelled and will never order again from sears. We also bought a dryer, plasma tv and a mattress set - horrible customer service, very rude and very bad organization!!!

Very disappointing for a large well known company!
