Charged my credit card and cancelled my orde

I ordered an xbox on line from Sears. They showed it was in stock and ready to be shipped. They charged my credit card for the purchase. The next morning at 4:00 am I received an email confirming my order. At 9:20 am I received a phone call confiring my order. At 9:30 am I received an email saying I cancelled my order. I called customer service and they told me they had cancelled my order because it was out of stock. She also told me my credit card charges would be removed by midnight that night.
The next day I tried to pay a bill with my credit card online and it was denigned because a fraud alert was placed on the card. I called customer service at the credit card company and they told me the fraud alert was placed because of the Sears charges.
I called Sears customer service and ask them why they put a fraud alert on my credit card and why they had not reversed the charges as they said they would do. They denighed putting the fraud alert on my credit card. They also said they would not reverse the charges for 5 days. I was on hold waiting for a supervisor at Sears for 45 minutes. She told me they did not put on a fraud alert even though the credit card company said they did. She also refused to reverse the charges to my credit card for 5 days.
I now can not use my credit card because it has a fraud alert on it. My reaccuring charges for bills have been denigned and I can not order an xbox from someone else because Sears has put a hold on my card for $336.89.
