I ordered a trial offer of Acai Pure for $1.95, the shipping and handling fee. I noticed online that I would be sent additional orders and my credit card would be charged in the future. I immediately sent an email to their customer care department asking them to cancel my order (actually 3 emials). My email was never acknowledged. When I received my trial offer I called them and canceled all futre orders, they gave me an RMA number to ship it back and assured me that my credit card would not be charged again. They received the product back, but last Friday they charged my credit card for $39.95. I have sent them a total of 4 emails, they do not acknowedge them and they also lie to you. It is a total rip off scam. I made a mistake by placing that first order. I'm sure they intend to charge my credit card every month. The only thing that I can do is work with my credit card company and have the charges reversed. Do not make the same mistake that I did.
