I participated in the trial product by paying only shipping charges for the Acai Pure. They also sent HoodiaBurst gum and Hoodiawater, which I did not order and was charged to my card. They continued to send bottles of the Acai Pure. I have e-mailed them numerous times and tried to call with a wait time of 45 minutes. They have a contract e-mail [email protected] and also a www.getorderhelp.com. I did finally get them to cancel any future orders, however by that time they had sent me about 5 orders total. I sent their products back and have not received but one credit of $39.00. They said that I sent it back too late!
I have been e-mailing and going on the get help website over and over and still get no response.
Something should be done with this company, especially as many complaints that I see regarding this same problem. Kim
