My wife ordered a trial sample of Pure Acai Berry from Advanced Wellness Research Inc. And was told she only had to pay the shipping and handling fee of $4.99, and if she wanted more she could order the product in the future. She never received the trial offer, and 2 weeks later they charged our credit card an additional $78.81. We can not reach the company, you call the 800 number, get a recording to hold for the next representative, and then they disconnect the call. We have made several calls over the past 3 days at all hours, and the results are the same. We are attempting to have all charges reversed by the credit card company. The US Government should be involved, this is outright credit card fraud!
