Charging late charge and finance charge even through the payment was received before the due date. Wisconsin

I had went two to three months without making a payment. On September 17, I mailed them the full amount due.

The amount due was $96.04 - payment due date was October 5. I mailed the $96.04 September 17.

They received the full amount owed before the October 5th due date and they still billed me $10, Late Charge, dated -9-9 and then a Finance Charge of $1. These charges did not show anywhere on the bill the month before on which I paid from.

When I called them today about this, I was told that they would not correct this because I had not made a payment in July and August. They had already charged me that $11 - twice for each of those months.

This is a SCAM as they did it to me the last time and I paid it that time. This time I'm fighting back and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM or their partner sights again. I will also make sure that everyone I know does not order from them as well. They need to be stopped.
