I responded to their ad to use the green tea product for $1.00. Well $120.00 later and I still have not been able to cancel this product or receive credit. I called the phone number several times and to no avail. I then emailed several times and I rec'd and email back stating please try our product with the disclosure disclaimer. I called and emailed.
Finally I star 67'd my phone number and acutally got a live person. Who get this, told me that they have my email that I wanted to cancel their product. But since I did not receive their product yet, via their tracking. I could not cancel it. So they charged my card 38.95 for green tea water, that I did not get or want and then 2 weeks later another 44.90 for product that I do not want. Even though they have in writing on 9/5/08 that I wanted to cancel.
I am filing a report with the attorney generals office in every state they are in as wells as the BB. I have cancelled my credit card and issued a fraud dispute on this company.
