They are a sham they bill for no product and send even after you have tried to cancel

I was going to try a trial size product but realized right away that it was a mistake.
I tried to cancel by phone but could not reach them. I left a voicimail, and did not receive the product so i thought it was ok.
Then i was billed for it anyway. I asked my credit card co to not pay it but was not able to prove my acct.
Then a month later i received a shipment with a bill saying my card would be charged. I can not get in touch with them by phone or email. They are a big rip off
