Charged me for a 2 week trial. They refused to cancel my membership until AFTER I received an RMA number, but they refused to give me an RMA# until after the 2 weeks was up, and then I'd have to call back and wait on hold for another 25-82 minutes for their rude customer service agents to give me one! The catch is, I gave them the right to charge my card after 2 weeks of receiving their product!
So, I took out 2 weeks worth of product (which I paid for, they charged my card for $1.95 as agreed), sent the remainder of the product back to them by USPS (with a tracking number), emailed them when I saw from the USPS tracking that they had received back their product and e-mailed them AGAIN to cancel my membership! They now say that they cannot find the product I returned to them. So, I had to cancel my credit card since they refused to cancel my membership! This is a class act lawsuit waiting to happen! From now on, I am looking up company names on BBB and complaint before I purchase anything!
