Shirley Parpart, First Savings Bank, Capital Card Services First Saving Bank Protects Mail Theft

This is the second time it has happened to me with this company. This time I kept records and certified the mail.

I made a payment of $200.00 via money order. They claimed it never was received. I got the copies and sent them certified mail. They were signed for by Shirley Parpart. The company still denies receiving anything. Shirley who has a published listing for her home and is on several of those reunion sites refuses to take calls. The receptionist at 605-782-3300 passes calls to a machine. I have filed with the SD Attorney Generals Office and the US Postal Service. I'll keep you posted. But this is a no two sides to the story theft. Get your easy card elsewhere—this is not even a bank.
