On October 21st I make out a partial application for a VIP card. I never completed the application, never submitted it.

I have called them, got the run around, and they are not cooperative. My bank account was debited 10/25/05 for $159 and I am in the same position as Shirley of Barre, Vermont. I am out the money.

I didn't cancel anything because I didn't apply for anything. I have called, e-mailed, and even had a "live chat" with June. Every question I asked I received an auto reply stating "I am sorry but that office is currentlly closed. You may contact them either by email or via telephone between the hours of 9AM to 6PM EST or call toll free 1-866-883-4980."

I am getting no where and I have gotten ripped off and I want my money back. Who is policing these companies?

Shirley, I'm not finished with them yet either and I'd like to know what you are doing as I am going to the Arizona Attorney General after I go to my bank.
