Would not talk to me about the charges they charged ME

I tried to call the company and i could not understand a word they said... Put my daughter on, and she could not understand, i told them i did not authorize them to charge my account and they informed me yes and that i owed the money. I have contacted the fdic, and this is not the first time they have been reported. I will not give up and will not pay this charge!!!
