I received a letter from my telephone provider informing me that my services had been changed I contacted my telephone company and their bill directed me to USBIA COMPANY which I have never heard of and have no wishes of knowing since USBI is charging me for changes I did not authorize I was played a recording supposedly of the authorization first of all no one could understand what the rep is saying since they are speaking so fast and in spanish I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH I spoke to a supervisor and said he could only credit half of the 31.96 of the charges I am very upset since I did not authorize this change why should I be responisble even for Half.
