On 5/20/08 my husband (a mobile rv technician) went to his customer to repair his air condition. As per the extended warranty contract we got prior authorization from Administrative Services. Out of our pocket we paid for gas, air conditioner and time. Then on 5/29/08 my customer was called to the same location and this time a hot water was needed. Again we proceeded to help our customer by repairing his RV, we received prior approval and again filed our claim.
Now almost 5 months later we are stilling told by Dave at Administrative Services that everything was approved they are just waiting on Heritage RV to send the check. Dave tell me we have no recourse and they have to contact phone number for Heritage RV. We are out of pocket over $1,000 plus time, gas and any profit we hoped to receive from this job.
