In we purchased a 7 year Rv contract for $3700, from Heritage. We have used it twice between & 2006.

In we had a previously covered repair, re-occur. Our local RV repair Tech, informed us that this contract is no longer any good...

After paying for this repair out of "Retired" pockets, we have sent a copy to the company who bought up the (struggling, & financially drained Heritage Administrative Services) to National Administrative Services/Dimensions owner of both companies.

No-one can even answer the phone, since April 4th, it just rings busy, busy, busy, 24/7...

Unpaid claim after they have approved it before repair, claim needs to be released by Heritage before the admin services can pay it. Absolutely no way to contact the holding company Heritage warranty
