I had authorized warranty work done on by motor home in March. I mailed the required paperwork for reimbursement and was told by an employee of Administrative Services @ 5747 Perimeter Dr, #200, Dublin, OH 43017 that I would receive reimbursement in the amount of $482.87 in 4 to 8 weeks.
I have talked to a Gordon several times @ 1-800-753-5236 and he advises claim is in pay status waiting for Heritage to give them the "go ahead" to cut the check.
Thursday, 9/11/08, I received a call from Gordon telling me that the State of South Carolina has frozen the assets of the Heritage Administrative Services and no claims can be paid.
He said as a 3rd party warranty administrator, they have come up with a way to pay me. All I have to do is purchase another extended warranty and they will cut me a check for the $482.87.
He was very nice and found the least expensive one for me at $1,706.08 for one (1) year on the powertrain. I told him I didn't want to purchase another warranty. He told me they couldn't reimburse me if I didn't purchase the warranty.
