I filed a claim mid-june which was approved. As Sept 15, no payment. My last 3 contacts with administrative services has been with Paul ex 4128 (614-358-1500). Paul claims they only process claims for Heritage, do not make the payments, fax them and no other way to contact them. Conversations with paul were suspect as to the relationship between the two companies and unsatisfactory answers concerning my claim for repairs. I asked if Heritage is still in business and has paid recent claims. Paul gave evasive answers, said he thinks they moved. At this point Heritage is a phantom company with administrative services peoviding no answers. Perhaps the same company. I did receive payment for a claim 11/07.
