On 9/16/08 I called cricket to make a bridge pay payment the csr wanted my credit card number which is unusual because they always tell you to use the automatted system. I gave her the number thinking she works for the phone company so what could happen right? She said I'm sorry your card was denied I said why she didn't know but said she would run the card again. Again she said the card was denied I told her I need to speak to a supervisor that she must be doing something wrong the money was there.

She put me on hold and while I sat on hold I called my bank on my home phone the automatted system said there was in fact 3 charges pending from cricket that had been authorized in the past few minutes. The banker stayed on the phone with me to help me sort this whole thing out meanwhile the csr came back on the phone saying there was no supervisor for me to speak to I told her she better get one because I have my bank on the phone and they say you have already charged my card 3 times and none of the charges were denied.

At that point the banker jumped in and said another charge just came through this makes 4. I demanded she gets a supervisor again I'm put on hold finally someone else comes to the phone and says he is a supervisor I explained the situation to him and he says well we are sorry but we are now closing and our system is down give me your home phone number and someone will call you back tomorrow but would you like to make some payment arrangements as you did not pay your bill?

I was infuriated at the fact this person had the nerve to ask me such a thing when the whole reason I was talking to him was because the had already overcharged me so I said are you out of your mind I want the funds back thaat you already stole from me and no I don't want to make arrangements in fact you have no authorization to charge my card anymore he pu8t me on hold and while I was waiting the banker told me he would start reversing the charges for me obviously the were up to something while he was doing that and I was still on hold with cricket the banker said another charge came through making 5 now are you kidding me how can the system be down and they be closed yet they are continuing to charge my card.

When the guy from cricket came back to the phone I told him that I know they were still charging my card and they better stop that is illegal and my bank is reversing the charges right now the guy got mad and said I can't do that I told him yes I can that this phone call has been recorded and I am not putting up with this. They said they cannot help me and hung up the banker continued to reverse the charges and while doing that cricket charged my card 1 more time for a grand total of 6. At this point the bank cancelled my card and recommended letting them know that I was going to take legal action.

Well at this point I still cannot get in touch with anyone that will help me. They claim there is no corporate office to call and I pretty much just have to live with the problem but I need to pay that bill before they shut the phone off. I'm mad I need to talk to someone how do get situations like this fixed?
