1 & 1 Internet Services rips people off By taking money from Their account after cancellation

Wanted to build a website and decided to try them. I've found that the software they used was not smart and decided to cancel the next day. Customer service told methat evrything is cancelled and few days later they turned out and charged my account $ 54.95. Now I have a negative into my account witch I wd have to discuss with my bank
PS: Their customer service is very rude
