I have been a Blockbuster member for a VERY long time. When the Online started, I was at the 4-at-a-time membership. They went to 3-at-a-time for the same price that the 4-... Plan was and I went along (less for more). Then they raised this price. And I STILL went along.

Now they have a very BAD habbit of sending me only 2 at a time even though I am on the 3 plan. I leave them e-mails to correct this just to be told that it's MY fault! That I do not have enough in my queue! I have over 300 in my queue.

When I confront them about this, I get a different answer, that I have too many "Short-Wait", "Lont-Wait" & "Very-Long-Wait" titles. I did not find anywhere on there site that states that there is a limit on the number of these you have in your queue.

I move some of the availables to the top of my queue and MISS the short window that some of the "WAIT" titles became available and now they are BACK in the "Long-Wait" status. (This was told to me when I asked why FARSCAPE was still in "LONG WAIT" after a year in my list).

They also seem to be taking a very long time to mail the ones that they do mail. I get the ones from in days after I mail the ones I have back. Blockbuster, on the other hand, takes up to 10 days from the time I take the movies to the local store (the "Received at local store" shows next to the movie in my queue that is out but it does not ship the next one out for up to a week!!!

This seems to be their way of throttling the movies that you are able to turn around. Which in turn, makes the Dollar-per-movie rate go way up for the month. And now that I am only getting two instead of three, the doller-per-movie has exceeded the price of renting from the local store. So much for convenience.

After reading all of the other scams that Blockbuster and Blockbuster Online is currently ofting onto their customers, it might be time for yet another class-action lawsuit???

Blockbuster has lost yet another customer. Wonder how many they can afford to loose before they have to resort to another scam to make up for the loss???
