Golan is hold hostage our items. They have refused to respond to our calls and e-mails for our items to be delivered. It is over a month since we requested that our items be delivered. We are still waiting. We sent an email to the CEO of Golan, but our efforts at retrieving our items and amicably resolving the problem did not yield any respond. Mr. Golan did not respond to our communication, nor di he reach us in any manner.
We filed complaints with BBB and other companies.
Let me set the record that we do not have any financial obligation to Golan. We paid over two thirds of the total cost of moving and delivery.
At the moment, thje constraints posed by the failure of Golan tp deliver our items is beyond description. My son's toys, clothes and educatioal materials are with Golan. My educational and working materials, Televison, bedding, volumes of projects materials, household items are just a few of the items Golan is holding hostage.
Golan business practices is very poor and unprofessional.
I am interested in any suggestions as to how I can resolve this problem.
