I contracted Golan Van lines to in late July. Since moving my items, I have tried unsuccessively to get my items delivered. My items in Golans storage includes my professional and working materials - books, computer and gadets, drafts of several projects, educational materials and toys for my son, our household materials, paintings etc, etc. At the moment, the company has remained mute, and will not respond to any of my communications. I have contacted and filed complaints with the Consumer Protect Bureau, Better Business Bureaus and also my organization.
Within the past month, I have already spent close to s thousand dollar, purchasing materials for our home-kitchen utensils, materials, clothes, and other materials etc; materials that I already have that are in Golan's possession.
I am opened to other options in resolving that situation. Golan's unprofessional business practices is already adversely affecting my job, my studies and homelife and also my son's day to day activities.
