Not able to contact website until too late for returns

I wish I had seen all the negative reports about Ionline "before" I placed an order with them! There are order return instructions and rules on the website saying the return must be shipped within 30 days of purchase date and that refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 15 business days of the return being received.

After receiving the items I ordered in a very timely manner, I used the two products for two weeks with absolutely no results; certainly not even close to the claims on the website. However, when I attempted to access the website to request and process my returns, the website seemed to be non-existent. That is, until the 30-day limit was long passed, and then, magically, it re-appeared!

The two orders I placed totalled $169.00, and this company made it impossible for me to get my money back for two completely inferior products by making it impossible for me to adhere to their policies for returns. There is no other way to contact them except the website. They apparently have no telephone! Totally unacceptable!

How can I get my money back???
