I am absolutely blown away by Dianne's report. You could be reading about me. The dates are the same as well, although the transaction and the credit to my credit card are the same date. 7/7. I too sent several e-mails, and when their phone number showed up on my credit card statement I called them, twice. I left a message with customer service, and a day or two later a message with accounting. Since I found a way to get their address I recently sent them a registered letter giving them 10 business days to respond, at which time I will file criminal charges. Those charges include a report to both the sheriff's department in California and in Arizona for fraud, the IRS for tax evasion, BBB in Arizona, and any other public servce that can facilitate the demise of this business. I don't expect to ever see the amount credited to my account, nor the products I ordered, but you can sure as well bet I'll do my best to make it miserable for these people to be in business.
