We found a charge for $4.65 on our December credit card statement. I called the number listed on the credit card statement and all I got was a recorded message that said I should e-mail [email protected]. After I e-mailed them I received a reply that said "Thank you for timely reporting about this unauthorized charge to your account. This transaction has been reversed and I have sent a report to Visa/Mastercard Security Department for further investigation.initial analysis show that most likely this unauthorized transaction was made at our website by somebody else having your card information. Please be advised that a full refund will be posted back to your account within two or three business days."
To date there is no credit posted to our account and the January credit card statement also shows another charge for $4.65.
