They did not give a free month or a $10.00 off the bill like they said because my equip was sent 2 wks later, I was charged when I made the phone call to start service. First month was OK then the outage started to occur, dropped calls, couldn't have a conversation w/o being dropped so I was on the phone trying to cancel service kept getting promises that never happened.in May I finally had enough of lack of the service that I was promised so I spent an hour cancelling. I had to change banks to cancel service. Now I just received a letter from a collection agency 'Van Ru Credit Corp' in Tempe Az. I called them, talked to a phone zombie, telling them to have vonage send me a bill, they refused to, saying I had to contact vonage myself! I am not going thru another hour the phone with one of their zombies! What do I do now?
