In february i bought land on BID4ASSETS auction on line. Transacion has been completed without any problems. I got the deed and the seller go the money. Two years later i checked the status of my land in tax asessors office in mohave county AZ and i foud out that my land i bought in 2006 was not mine anymore. Has been sod to someone else in february. I called the seller and i told them about the situation. Secretay gave mi stupid excuse that something got mixed up. And i was lwft with deed and no land. I asked fo refund plus cost accociated with transaction. She told me she was not authorized to send out the check and her bos was out of town. Old story. Was supposed call me. Never did when she told me sho would.
Two weeks passed by i called again she already has forgatten who i was and we were in the point A. Her bos was out of town. I asked her if there was anything in the region they coud offer me instead. But all they had was land in uhabitable locations lots of washes. I foud more land they own than what i have been offered by them in situation they messed up. Again time passed by and i called again. I got bored because there was no input from them to resolve this issue. I called againand requested last time overnight payment or i will take legal action. I got call back from some other oriental lady. She offerd me some other land and promised make me happy. She also told me that the check has been sent out to me. So if i did not like any of the lands she has offerd me i could take a check. Apparently that was lie just to shoot me up. Lands were bad, they were not compatible whit the original one and i did not get check. After a week i called and inquierd about the check. She told me that Lake Tachoe is far in the remote area and they dont have regular mail service like the rest of the US states has. NOT true. I have advised her last time either i get the check overnight or else. And she just did not give much what would happen. Never got check. I filed complaint with BBB. About week and half ago. I got immidiete resopnse i was advised i got overnight FEDEX check. Not ture. 2-3 busines service no signature required got lost. Disrespectful to everyone. Pompous, people committed fraud, very ignorant business. And refuse to refunda all money. Money for transaction $2200, $16 recording fee, $7 notary public, $ 5 mailing fee. And soon will be more. Right now it will be end of 4th month since i calle them firs time.
