I have for sale with liberty land services since March (1 year and 8 months) a vacant lot of land as described above. I have called many times at the phone # that you describe above without the courtesy of liberty land answering my calls. My last contact was about 2 months ago and as always they say 'do not worry, the market is improving, so stay put'. On March I received a call from one called Mr. Hurlbut indicating that he already has a customer to buy my land. Like an idiot I believed in him at that time and I fell for the trap of giving him $700.00 for 'marketing' my land. Can the authorities do something about this scam? Many of us have fallen for it and the authorities must do something about it.
