We have already sent this company $775 of our money and they have not yet paid our credit cards with this money. We were trying to consolidate 3 credit cards for a lower interest rate. Started program back in November and the credit cards call 5 times a day, 7 days a week. We call 1st National Credit Services and they at one time tell me it takes one month to go into effect, and then another month they tell me they have sent payment to credit cards.
When I call I get someone with a low voice and ask to speak up and they won't, I then ask for SCOTT FAULK, the person I dealt with in the beginning and they wouldn't let me talk to him.
I leave messages when they haven't yet opened when they should have opened and they never return my call. We believe they are a FAKE COMPANY stealing our money and ripping us off, they are damaging our credit history for good.
