A female from national bankcard called me 06, december about 1030 am (pst) she stated that her name was karen black and that her company national bank card monitor could lower my credit cards rates to 7.9% or consolidate my credit cards debt. I gave them the information that they needed, plus my debit card number, plus additional information to nbm. I received only one call from andrew anthonette from national bankcard monitor on 12/16, from the gilbert, arizona office, and we talked for about 3 mins about my
debt consolidation, mr anthonette opened credit cards
accounts in my name, without my permission i notified the banks and canceled my debit and credit cards. My bank stated if i did not have a locking mail box, this company my have used the credit cards. Mr anthonette were scheduled to call me 12/30 but that call never took place. I called national bankcard monitor 28 dec the company no longer operate from that location.
This company ripped me off. The address and phone number is listed below. National bankcard monitor, 835 w. Warner rd. #101-454/ gilbert, az. 85233/ customer 1-800-871-0372. I hope that my bank can reverse the debt card charges, and the ftc can put this scam operational company out of business
