I was denied credit, so I requested my credit report. Well I see First National Bank of Marin on there and I sent off for two cards I mailed in a check for the processing fee for two cards.
When I get the cards in the mail, they sent me a bill along with the cards. I requested that they cancelled the application and cut the cards up and send me my refund. Well I never received my refund but now it has been 2 years and now I know the reason as to why I have been getting denied credit.
The credit report does not even have a 1-800 number so I could call and receive my refund but they have the nerve to put something on my credit report that doesn't belong.
I wouldn't have seen this internet site about rip off creditors and I wouldn't have known how to report this. I see I'm not the only person whose had problems out of them.
Thank you so much for having a web site like this one. I may not receive my refund but at least I can get the chance for someone to know what they have done.
