Processed payment for item, but it was never delivered to custome

I had ordered a set of collector cards from Waxpacks.com, however they never delivered the package but had processed my payment.

I had contacted them by email, and they confirmed that the order had been shipped, but without a tracking number.

After several attempts to have them cancel the order, they refused but offered another order for half the cost of the initial. I did not order anything else from them, as I believed they were fraudulent.

I never was refunded for the undelivered item.
