I placed my order with Roca Labs USA early November and upon my doctors orders decided not to do this diet due to my current health condition. I contacted the company via internet and phone to explain my dilemma to request a stop shipment on my order within 24 hours of placing my order. I was told the order was already shipped and I was instructed to return the package unopened with a tracking number upon receipt of my order. I followed their instructions to the letter and contacted them with the tracking number as per their instructions in order for my refund to be processed. However, my return order was never delivered to Roca Labs USA by the USPS and a complaint was filed with both the USPS and Roca Labs USA regarding my order which fell off the radar. At the company's request I provided proof of the USPS transaction receipt and the tracking number receipt. Both parties refused to take responsibility for the undelivered package. So, I had to eat the cost of the total package including return shipping fees. When I tried to contact Roca Labs USA they stopped all correspondence with me via internet and phone. I turned this matter over to the Consumer Affairs Office of Tampa, Florida who informed me that after making several unsuccessful attempts to contact Roca Labs USA no one ever got back to them. There is a complaint regarding this matter on their consumer complaint website.
